DELIVERY LEAD (SAP PROGRAM MANAGEMENT) – MANUFACTURING/MINING – AND LARGE CONSULTING HOUSE BACKGROUND IS A MUST

This consultative and Leading Delivery Manager role demands exceptional leadership skills in driving the broad scope of digital transformation programs. You will provide visionary leadership in steering multiple projects and fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the overarching business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a digital transformation champion, guiding customer teams through the adoption of new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving continuous improvement in warehousing operations.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, managing and motivating while ensuring alignment with broader business and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers senior leadership across global and regional teams in manufacturing, transportation, and supply chain domains to ensure cohesive digital integration and alignment with cross-functional business needs.
  • Champion strategic KPI improvements, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for operational improvement, transparency, and automation.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Leadership in Digital Transformation: Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly within Manufacturing industry, ideally in the process manufacturing or the mining industry.
  • Strategic Vision: Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that align technology solutions with broader organizational goals, enhancing customers operational efficiency and future-readiness.
  • Advanced Program Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple large-scale SAP programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
  • SAP Expertise: Knowledge of SAP with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, applying this expertise to manufacturing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business and technology objectives.

ROLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Clear track record of delivering large/complex/strategic projects/programs of work
  • Strong Business Program Management Experience in planning and delivering
  • Strong Portfolio &/ or Technical Program Management Experience
  • Skilled in managing C-level executive relationships, governance and steering committees
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective change management, influencing and delivery risk management
  • Sound business case development and management / oversighting skills
  • Demonstrated experience in and understanding of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling portfolios
  • Inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels
  • Ability to structure and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple functions; creatively define the project pacing and obtain incremental benefits before the program is complete
  • Sound Domain knowledge in Manufacturing or the mining industry.
  • Ability to coordinate and liaise with a range of senior stakeholders – both onsite and offshore and influence them to drive delivery outcome

    Pay: $160,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
