Delivery Lead/Scrum Master

Sydney | Hybrid - 3 days onsite

6-Month Contract | Up to $1200 inc. super per day

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong infrastructure experience to join a transformation program.

This is a true Delivery Lead/Scrum Master role, not a Project Manager position. You'll work closely with technical infrastructure teams to facilitate delivery, remove blockers and help the team stay focused on achieving their sprint goals.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective delivery.
• Work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to identify and remove blockers.
• Manage team dependencies and help keep delivery moving.
• Support delivery across a large-scale infrastructure transformation.
• Work with Project Managers and technical stakeholders to support delivery
• Drive practical continuous improvement within the team.

About You

• Proven Delivery Lead/Scrum Master experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong infrastructure, platform or engineering experience - essential.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and engineers.
• Good understanding of infrastructure technology and delivery environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to removing blockers and enabling delivery.
• Banking or regulated environment experience highly regarded.
• CSM, PSM or equivalent desirable.

Location: Norwest

Contract: 6 month day rate

Rate: Up to $1200 inc super
