A career that works for you Helping around 2 million Australians do more with their money Together, we’re making it happen The opportunity to join our team We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join Insignia Financial’s Advice & Customer Technology team and play a critical role in delivering technology initiatives that support our Advice business. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational initiatives across advice platforms, helping to balance business value, regulatory obligations and operational stability. Working closely with business, technology and operational stakeholders, you’ll drive execution, continuous improvement and alignment with the broader Advice Technology strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology initiatives across both project and BAU portfolios, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budgets and business outcomes. Facilitate discovery and planning activities, prioritising regulatory, operational and strategic initiatives to support effective delivery outcomes. Build trusted relationships with business, technology, operations, risk and compliance stakeholders, providing clear communication on delivery progress, risks and outcomes. Manage delivery governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and vendor performance to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Coordinate delivery across multiple platforms including CRM, workflow, document generation and integration solutions, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity. Lead, mentor and develop delivery practitioners while driving Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and automation opportunities across the delivery lifecycle. What you will bring: Proven senior technology or digital delivery leadership experience, with a strong track record delivering complex business and technology outcomes. Extensive experience within Financial Services, including exposure to advice, wealth management or regulated environments. Demonstrated success leading hybrid teams across both project and BAU delivery environments. Strong understanding of financial advice processes, regulatory requirements, compliance obligations and wealth technology platforms. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, technology teams and risk functions. Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline, with Agile or project delivery certifications highly regarded.
