Overview of Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Delivery Manager with a strong Scrum Master background to lead and support our agile software development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget. You will leverage your expertise in Scrum methodologies to guide and coach teams, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Please note: ***Need candidate to join within 30 days*** Job Location - Pune and Bangalore - Hybrid mode Responsibilities Delivery Management: Plan and manage the delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Define project scope, timelines, and resources, and track progress against plans. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact delivery. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and outcomes. Scrum Mastery: Guide and coach development teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values. Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity. Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team environment. Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and practices. Implement and promote best practices in agile software development. Contribute to the development and evolution of the organization's agile framework. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager in an agile software development environment. 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and practices. Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable.
