As a Delivery Manager at Pinewood.AI, you will lead and enable a high-performing Delivery team to ensure customers achieve exceptional outcomes and realise maximum value from the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform (previously Pinnacle). This role combines people leadership, customer engagement, and commercial accountability. You will oversee the quality and consistency of delivery across your portfolio of customers, ensuring successful implementations, optimisations, and long-term value realisation. You’ll build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while supporting revenue growth, customer retention, and overall delivery excellence. As a people leader, you will focus on coaching, motivating, and developing Delivery Consultants / SMEs to perform at their best, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-centric culture. As a commercial leader, you will be accountable for delivery-led revenue growth, retention, and long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Provide strong, visible leadership to the Delivery Consultant / SME team, building trusted relationships and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coach, mentor, and support team members to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes and meet individual and team performance targets. Set clear expectations, objectives, and development plans aligned to customer satisfaction, revenue, and GP targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skills development initiatives. Customer Relationship Management Own senior-level customer relationships and act as the escalation point for delivery-related matters across assigned accounts. Ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes through effective delivery, optimisation, and ongoing value realisation. Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers, positioning Pinewood.AI as strategic advisors rather than vendors. Delivery Oversight & Governance Maintain overall accountability for the successful delivery of Pinnacle and Pinewood Platform implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects. Ensure delivery standards, best practices, and governance frameworks are consistently applied across all customer engagements. Working with the project delivery manager at intervening proactively to resolve issues before they impact customer satisfaction or commercial outcomes. Work closely with Project Management and Support teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences. Commercial & Revenue Growth Be accountable for delivery-led revenue growth, retention, and GP performance across your customer portfolio. Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, optimisation, and re-implementation in collaboration with Delivery Consultants and Account teams. Support and contribute to sales pipeline activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, pricing input, and commercial negotiations where required. Ensure delivery activity is aligned with agreed account plans and contributes measurable commercial value. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain delivery, resource, and account plans that align with broader business objectives. Analyse delivery performance, customer feedback, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and methodologies. Provide structured feedback to product, leadership, and operational teams to influence roadmap and service evolution. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Act as the key liaison between Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teams. Ensure clear, consistent communication on delivery status, risks, and outcomes across the organisation. Champion best practices and ensure alignment across teams in support of customer and business success. Requirements: Proven experience in a delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership role within a technology or SaaS environment. Strong automotive industry experience. Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build high performing, engaged teams. Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and profitability through delivery. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage confidently at both operational and executive customer levels. Strong understanding of complex product ecosystems and the ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and lead without direct authority. Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Customer-centric and empathetic leadership style, ensuring both customers and team members feel supported and valued. Willingness to travel frequently for onsite customer and team engagement.
