Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Bulgaria. About the role: As a Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities: * Participate in pre-sales and support the creation of delivery proposals that align with client needs and Ciklum’s capabilities * Coordinate team ramp-up and onboarding, ensuring alignment with recruitment and delivery setup * Apply and maintain delivery best practices in tools, processes, and communication flows (e.g. using PRODIGY templates) * Monitor changing client requirements and raise improvement opportunities or service adjustments to senior delivery leads * Build effective working relationships with client counterparts to support project execution and day-to-day coordination * Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources * Estimate, plan, and adjust project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones are met * Monitor and support team performance to ensure motivation, accountability, and delivery consistency * Track and report project progress, risks, and financials to internal stakeholders and clients using established tools and processes * Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting materials * Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions * Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes, tools, and delivery practices across the organisation Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience in IT project delivery, coordination, or team management * Experience managing or coordinating teams of up to 20 FTEs * Exposure to scope control, scheduling, and team coordination * Solid understanding and experience working with the team using Scrum and Kanban. Good understanding of general Agile delivery lifecycles * Good communication and coaching skills, ability to work effectively with different stakeholders * Ability to establish a continuous improvement environment * Familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA) and how they affect delivery terms * Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and ability to monitor delivery progress, building different kinds of reports * Comfortable with delivery tooling (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) * Working knowledge of team ramp-up, resourcing plans, and staffing * Basic financial literacy, including gross margin, rate cards, headcount allocation, and budget forecasting * Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively * Intermediate English (B2+) for written and verbal communication What`s in it for you? * Regular salary reviews based on performance * Corporate events: webinars, offline parties, and meetups * Internal Mobility Program * Tailored education path (including full access to Udemy, certifications, etc.) * 25 paid days off: 20 business days of vacation per calendar year + 5 undocumented sick leave days * Additional health insurance * 100% company-covered Multisport card, with discounts available for family members About us: At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
