Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine. About the role: As a Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage project health, and drive team performance across several delivery teams. You’ll shape delivery solutions, manage risks and changes, track key metrics, and lead Agile practices. You’ll also support commercial discussions, develop staffing plans, and coach team members to achieve high performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid delivery experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client and team management. Responsibilities: * Create, implement, and manage project delivery plans; regularly monitor progress and adjust timelines as needed * Balance competing priorities, scope, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes within agreed constraints * Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to support delivery stability and client satisfaction * Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders involved in project execution to ensure alignment and clear communication * Manage scope, resource allocation, change requests, and risk mitigation across multiple projects * Identify and escalate delivery risks, blockers, or delays early in the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive mitigation * Monitor overall project progress and resource usage, initiating corrective actions to keep delivery on track * Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution shaping, estimates, team structure planning, and client presentations Requirements: * 4–6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams * Experience delivering projects or programs involving up to 20 FTEs * Experience engaging with cross-functional teams, product owners, and commercial stakeholders * Experience in playing Scrum Master role for multiple teams, driving team daily meetings, plannings, reviews and retrospective meetings * Proven ability to lead delivery in time- and budget-sensitive environments * Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid models * Understanding of core technology stack components (e.g., frontend/backend, QA, CI/CD, cloud basics) * Able to assess technical implications and collaborate effectively with development teams * Understands delivery metrics: velocity, team health, DORA, and other performance KPIs * Able to create and use Agile dashboards and reporting tools effectively * Knowledge of change management and risk assessment practices * Familiar with team coaching or mentoring concepts * Advanced English (C1+) for written and verbal communication * Bachelor’s/Master's in IT, Engineering, or Business * Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery certification * Intermediate project management credentials (PMI PMP or similar) are beneficial What`s in it for you? * Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment * Growth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise * Tailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications * Endless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies * Flexibility: Enjoy radical flexibility – work remotely or from an office, your choice * Care: We’ve got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultations About us: At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
