The Opportunity XDNA is seeking a senior project manager to manage our partners who are delivering changes to our industry-leading asset management system, TrainDNA,to support Downer’s wider train‑manufacturing Program to deliver new passenger trains for Queensland. You will operate in a complex, multi‑supplier environment, ensuring Tier 1 partners deliver high‑quality outcomes while maintaining strong governance, risk control and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities * Direct supplier activities with clear scope, priorities and expectations * Minimise contract variations through strong supplier influence and early issue identification * Enforce high standards of documentation quality * Actively drive project risk management across the TrainDNA workstream * Enforce governance discipline using internal processes (including Clarity) * Escalate deviations outside agreed tolerances * Ensure alignment with broader program governance * Qualify and assure suppliers’ integrated delivery plans * Ensure progress reporting is transparent, accurate and timely * Support the Project Manager, Functional Lead, Test Lead and Technical Leads in customer‑facing forums as required * Represent TrainDNA professionally in selected government and rail industry engagements * Translate technical and delivery impacts into clear business messaging * Work closely with Downer Functional, Technical and Engineering teams to maintain alignment * Support a culture of high‑quality execution and accountability About You * 10+ years’ experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise programs * 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles within complex, multi‑supplier environments * PMP or equivalent project management qualification * Proven ability to direct suppliers, challenge technical outcomes and enforce quality * Experience in rail, transport or heavy infrastructure environments * Familiarity with regulatory, safety or compliance frameworks (ISO, EN, cybersecurity) * Experience working within long‑lived, complex technical ecosystems Why Join XDNA * Deliver critical technology outcomes on a nationally significant rail program * Work with industry‑leading digital platforms and Tier 1 partners * Operate in a senior, visible leadership role with genuine impact * Be part of a business that values clarity, accountability and quality delivery Apply Now: Ready to help shape the future of digital innovation… Apply now and be part of XDNA’s journey in delivering industry‑leading digital solutions.
