Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality implementation of our solutions for clients.
  • Define and optimize delivery processes, continuously improving performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align on customer requirements and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future development and innovation.
  • Ensure all solutions are delivered in compliance with agreed terms, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
