Description

We're less interested in ticking boxes on a particular framework than in how you actually get things done. What matters more to us is that you can think critically, cut through ambiguity, and drive work forward without waiting to be told what's next. We want someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just the process.

You'll be an exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach. You're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can confidently drive delivery and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.

A flexible delivery management toolkit enables you to adapt your approach to suit different projects, teams, and business needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all methodology. You will apply critical thinking, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions to deliver successful outcomes.

Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage work, track progress, and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teams.
