The Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business in S.A is looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis taking responsibility for maintenance works on behalf of the Dept of Infrastructure & Transport. Responsibilities will include: Lead a team of maintenance personnel in the delivery of routine maintenance services for the Victorian Government across Southwestern Victoria. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication. Assess systems of work (FH and subcontractor) for effectiveness in minimising risk to health and safety for workers and public through SWMS, special processes and corrective actions. Resolve issues of non-compliance and consolidate quality data (completed lots) for preparation of monthly progress claims. Assess work procedures to ensure that environmental risks are adequately assessed and addressed. Develop internal delivery relationship with the larger Fulton Hogan team, take responsibility for the delivery of all routine projects, and programmed maintenance that fall under your business unit. Report monthly on activities completed and develop clear, forward works programs. Have clear financial control of all your activities and those of your teams, assist in the monthly review, working with the accounts team.
