Manage complex client relationships, set expectations, and demonstrate measurable value through program outcomes. Oversee forward-deployed teams of AI engineers and strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Structure, scale, and optimize program delivery to maximize efficiency, throughput, and impact. Engage directly in planning, requirements gathering, product management, testing, deployment, and evaluation to ensure program success. Foster alignment with stakeholders, regularly reporting progress to executives, technical teams, and business leaders. Champion AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and technology delivery, authoring playbooks and best practices for scalable implementations. Requirements: 10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs, with significant experience in healthcare client engagements and budgets exceeding $10M. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with project management, program execution, and strategic decision-making in complex, dynamic environments. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with executives, technical teams, and clients at all levels. Demonstrated interest in AI and automation, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
