Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with APAC and ME stakeholders. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to address client challenges. Develop and execute resource planning to optimize project execution. Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities. Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth. Deliver regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.
