Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Delivery Manager at Imaginera, you are responsible for the successful management and delivery of client projects, which will enable business transformation within financial institutions.
You will use a wealth of project management experience and knowledge, including both waterfall and Agile, to manage projects and client relationships, while managing resource across complex interdependent projects from inception to delivery.
Using persuasive communication skills, you clearly and confidently engage with senior stakeholders (both internally and externally) to keep our teams and our clients happy and fully informed through every step of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery within a SaaS organisation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, planning and delivering complex projects and business change to our (re)insurance clients.
  • Acting as a Scrum Master as and when required.
  • Work with hybrid agile/waterfall process including coaching and continuous improvement and can identify the best processes and delivery methodology to use.
  • Gain enough knowledge about the (re)insurance industry and our Orca platform to effectively handle day-to-day challenges.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement with the Delivery lifecycle and help drive improvements forward.
  • Risk Management and maintain associated RAID logs.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, organisation, and time management skills.
