About the Role: Responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of strategic & high value revenue projects through effective collaboration with Clients, Vendors, Service Providers, and other internal/external stakeholders; obtain commitments for critical issue free delivery of medium to large size key initiatives. Establish project plans: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities Drive project execution: track project activities to ensure delivery, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage & build stakeholder confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events. Provide support, supervise staff, and provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery Assist Project Managers, when needed, in coordinating with other departments including products, operations, finance and sales to deliver project documents on time and managing risk of any deviations
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of strategic and high-value revenue projects by collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure issue-free delivery of key initiatives. This includes establishing project plans, driving execution, tracking activities, handling changes and escalations, managing customer engagement, and providing support and mentorship to staff.
