What you’ll be doing:• Own end-to-end delivery of key initiatives• Define delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders• Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics and insights• Manage risks, dependencies and changing priorities• Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries

• What we’re looking for:• 3+ years’ experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management or a similar role• Strong experience working in Agile or hybrid environments (Scrum / Kanban)• Experience delivering complex initiatives in changing environments• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills• A structured, pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach• Experience with Jira and Confluence• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and responding to urgent, shifting priorities
