Responsible for the overall success of the engagement Works with the client and project manager to establish the governance model Ensure fulfillment of obligations in the SOW and ensure contracts are carried out correctly Develop mechanism to identify gaps between SOW and Deliverable Responsible for developing strategies to improve engagement such as the informal and formal CSAT Survey process. Manage CSAT Responses & Escalations 10+ years' experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services 5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience 5+ years in a role utilizing technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects or SMEs in pre-sales activities. 5+ years in a role utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role . Should have managed large engagements end to end including scoping, estimation, planning, resourcing, P&L account, team management, client coordination, reporting and attrition management with no hand holding 5+ years in a role influencing a group audience, facilitating, and leading discussions Salesforce experience is mandatory - should have managed at least 2 projects in Saleforce .
Responsibilities
The Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall success of client engagements and works with project managers to establish governance models. They ensure fulfillment of obligations in the SOW and develop strategies to improve engagement.
