Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.   The Opportunity  In your new role as Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of maintenance programs for network assets, including protection systems, metering, standby generators, backup power systems, grid scale batteries and control system components of Static Var Compensators and Gas Turbines.   You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and risks, oversee contractors, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of work programs. Providing comprehensive reporting on program performance and implementing efficient program delivery strategies.   This is a leadership role that combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen to drive high performance and continuous improvement.   About You Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant equivalent experience. Proven experience in asset maintenance, program management, and contract negotiation. Strong understanding of transmission systems, protection, and metering equipment. Skilled in ERP systems (e.g., Maximo) and performance reporting.
