YOUR MISSION

As a Delivery Manager/PMO, you will play a key role in bridging cross-functional collaboration between IT, domain experts, and product teams to drive efficient and high-quality project execution. You will establish and maintain project management frameworks, refine processes, and ensure alignment across teams, contributing to the success of technology-driven products and initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with IT, domain expertise, and product departments to foster innovation.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to communicate with customers and understand their expectations.
• Product and Project Management:
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams to design and build the product.
• Ensure that requirements are clearly understood across the entire development process.
• Analyze technical and business requirements for the compilation of user stories.
• Support the development team in their day-to-day activities.
• Cooperate with the development team to refine and improve the Agile process.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Establish performance metrics and a KPI framework to measure project and product success.
• Communicate project status to Product Management and other stakeholders.
• Lead sprint reviews while closely monitoring implementation status.
