Lear more at www.medius.com Job overview As a Delivery Manager for our Professional Services team in EMEA, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the successful implementation of Medius solutions for our clients. You will oversee a portfolio of projects primarily in our Nordic markets, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of customer-facing professionals. And you will work closely with Sales, maximizing our chances to win deals and ensuring we’re able to deliver on what’s being sold. As a Delivery Manager, you will join our PS EMEA management team and together with our other leaders drive both strategic initiatives as well as continuous improvements to our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities and Duties Portfolio Management: Own and manage a diverse portfolio of clients primarily in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark Ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and company goals. Sales Liaison: Together with our other Delivery Managers, act as a sales-facing representative of the PS EMEA team. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored project plans, and support client acquisition. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and functional consultants who are responsible for delivering customer projects. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Qualifications Proven experience in project and delivery management, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry. Strong portfolio management skills with experience handling multiple high-stakes projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with sales teams. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
