Downer is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Projects to champion safe, high‑quality project outcomes across our VRMC Hume network. Key responsibilities * Lead project delivery using Downer’s PMO framework * Drive quality, safety and Zero Harm across all project activities * Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control * Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams * Manage project risk, schedule, resources and subcontract strategies * Mentor and support project engineers and delivery teams * Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project operations What you’ll bring * Previous experience delivering civil or maintenance projects * Strong financial acumen and ability to manage end‑to‑end project budgets * Proven capability in project governance, PMO processes and contract management * Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships * Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong understanding of quality & safety systems Downer is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
