In this role, you will lead high-impact multi-site projects that support the largest hyperscale and colocation data centers. Your expertise will ensure automation, controls, and infrastructure programs are delivered from design to system handover, directing a team of Project Managers to maintain excellence in project delivery. This position requires a deep understanding of critical infrastructure deployment and client engagement to drive operational success and innovation within the organization. \n Accountabilities Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers for multiple concurrent infrastructure projects. Oversee project performance including budgets, schedules, and risk management. Collaborate with PMO leadership to uphold project management standards. Facilitate regular portfolio review meetings with stakeholders. Ensure consistent alignment with client requirements and safety protocols. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in mission-critical automation or controls projects. Strong technical knowledge in BAS, PLC, and SCADA platforms. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6. Excellent leadership and communication skills with remote team management experience. Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting effectively.
