This role is central to ensuring the successful execution of our commitments to the Welsh Government, overseeing the full delivery lifecycle from planning through to deployment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage technical deliverables, drive service excellence, and position the project for long-term success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning and execution of technical deliverables across the full lifecycle
  • Maintain the Hwb operational delivery plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and release cycles
  • Oversee service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement
  • Act as the primary contact for delivery activities with Welsh Government stakeholders
  • Provide line management to technical team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Contribute to wider company delivery initiatives during periods of reduced Hwb activity
  • Support the Head of Operations in ensuring compliance with company policies including Password Policy, Cyber Security Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Terms and Conditions
