EXPERIENCE

• Background in financial services consulting or change management within Capital Markets (preferably post-trade).
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Consulting
• Programme/Project Management
• Business Analysis
• Capital Markets
• Post-trade Processing
• Financial Market Infrastructure or Post-trade FinTech
• Strategy, Operating Model, and Process Design

KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of capital markets and the regulatory landscape.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area is preferred.

ROLE: SECURITIES PRACTICE MANAGER

We are seeking experienced Managers with a strong background in Securities Operations and Technology Change . This role involves working closely with clients to enhance front-to-back securities processes, systems, and controls; optimise the use of market infrastructure; and address regulatory and market-driven changes such as CSDR and accelerated settlement .
