About the role We are seeking a highly structured and hands-on Delivery Manager to join our Product & Tech team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery process within Spenn’s cycle-based product development model. You’ll ensure that every cycle is well-planned, efficiently executed, and delivers measurable outcomes. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and the Commercial organization to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure a seamless flow from concept to delivery. A key part of your role is to optimize execution speed and quality through continuous process improvement and effective use of tools and automation. Essential responsibilities Cycle ownership & execution: Lead the planning and execution of product development cycles. Ensure each cycle has clear goals, priorities, and success metrics, and that outcomes are delivered on time, to scope, and with high quality. Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and the Commercial organization to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and dependencies throughout each cycle. Act as the central point of contact across teams. Tracking & transparency: Own all task tracking, progress reporting, and workflow transparency within Product & Tech. Continuously improve our use of Jira and Confluence to ensure structured planning, accountability, and efficient collaboration across teams. Process governance & optimization: Drive continuous improvement in Spenn’s cycle-based delivery model. Implement best practices in agile execution, automation, and documentation to reduce overhead and improve predictability and speed. AI-driven efficiency: Actively utilize and advocate for the integration of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into workflows to streamline processes, enhance documentation, and increase execution velocity. Risk and quality management: Identify delivery risks early and work proactively with stakeholders to mitigate them, ensuring smooth handovers and successful releases. Visibility and reporting: Maintain transparent communication with Product & Tech leadership and Commercial stakeholders. Prepare concise, data-driven delivery summaries and performance insights from each cycle. What success looks like Success in this role is defined by achieving a high degree of predictability in all product and tech deliveries, thereby building organizational trust that commitments will be met. You successfully oversee and manage critical large-scale integrations and measurably drive efficiency and process automation by integrating AI tools, positioning Spenn as a leader in modern, predictive delivery. What you’ll need to succeed in this role Required experience and qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in delivery or project management within technology, fintech, or product-led organizations. Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC). Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, and related delivery management tools. Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams, including strong collaboration with commercial functions. A proactive curiosity and passion for leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to drive efficiency and process automation. Documented experience in integrating such tools into delivery workflows for measurable improvement is an advantage. Personal attributes Drive & execution: Proactive, structured, with strong ownership and drive to deliver results. Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities. Structure & analysis: Highly structured, analytical, and improvement-minded, always seeking to refine processes and increase impact. Tech-savviness & curiosity: Curious, adaptable, and technically knowledgeable (tech-savvy), with a passion for optimizing how teams work. Communication & collaboration: Collaborative and a clear communicator who builds alignment across technical and commercial teams. What you'll get from working with us Full ownership of the central product delivery process, giving you high influence on Spenn’s entire commercial success. The opportunity to lead the charge on AI-driven process innovation and automation within a modern tech environment. Competitive terms of employment and benefit schemes.
