As a Delivery Manager within TELUS Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficient and effective delivery of customer value for our TELUS Home Solutions products (Internet, TV, Home Phone, Bundles) on telus.com. Reporting to the Director, Home Solutions Sales and Marketing, you will leverage your deep expertise in Kanban and Scrum practices to support and coach our Scrum Masters and Iteration Managers. Your mission will be to continuously refine and create new delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring our cross-functional teams build and enhance amazing digital experiences for new and existing customers. This role demands a collaborative mindset, a passion for digital evolution, and a proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced, lean, and agile environment.
