What success looks like in this role: •Manages the efforts of assigned Delivery Management associates / team members. • Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management, including: o Developing and updating / adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules, o Coordinating day-to-day project tasks, o Monitoring project progress and updating status reports, o Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues, o Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion, o Providing accurate client status reports, o Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations. • Engages with clients to exchange information, gather requirements and expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. • Serves as a key point of contact for process related questions or issues. • Monitors team performance and outcomes, addressing and resolving competency and related issues. • Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.
