REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 2 minor violations)
• Previous experience driving delivery trucks and operating other machinery
• Ability to work at heights (residential rooftop deliveries)
• Ability to lift over 100lbs repeatedly and for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, carry, and lift heavy, bulky items
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check

• Deliver, unload and place building materials according to customer specifications
• Operate remote controlled picker cranes, rough terrain forklifts and conveyers
• Drive 4/5 axle trucks with tridem pup trailers to jobsites ( up to 8 axles) - depending on license classification
• Hoist building materials
• In a typical day you may drive 20% of the time and you may operate a crane or Moffett forklift 20% of the time. The rest of the time you and a colleague are physically handling (unloading and placing) heavy building materials into residential/commercial structures (construction sites).
