【JOB REQUIREMENTS】

1.Responsible for building the transportation quality management system within the assigned region and managing transportation operations, ensuring achievement of key KPIs such as merchant satisfaction, on-time pickup and delivery rates, ticket resolution, and proof-of-delivery timeliness. 2.Manage carrier operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations based on carrier assessment criteria. Oversee carrier onboarding and offboarding, performance ranking, and blacklist management. Conduct regular reviews, issue early warnings, and implement risk mitigation measures for delivery exceptions. 3.Regularly analyze operational data and KPI performance, compile operational reports, identify root causes of underperformance, and drive the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
