Europe Area Delivery Operations team is accountable for development, direction and full chain results of KONE’s New Building Solutions and Modernization Operations in the Europe Area. We work together with our frontline and global teams to deliver outstanding results and continually improve our operations in 37 countries divided into 6 frontline units across Europe.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or close to graduation is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) are an asset
• Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems and attention to details
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Lean and six-sigma competences are an asset
• Experience in Project Management and benefit realization are an asset
• Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment
• Fluency in English.

• Analyse and interpret data related to field operations, including actual vs planned costs
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision making
• Responsible for coordinating various Europe governance forums and ensuring action progress as directed by the Head of Delivery Operations.
