Key responsibilities:

• Optimizes delivery processes from order to Handover to Service through strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operation, increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations and realize productivity improvement targets on a hands-on manner.
• Actively collaborates in the future development plans of Global, Area and FL teams, promotes digital transformation and leads the deployment of those programs.
• Converts analysis into concrete improvement actions in cooperation with FL / Area / Global
• Provides guidance to delivery personnel, project managers, and installation teams to establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and goals for operational excellence.
• Mentors and coaches team members to enhance skills, productivity, and collaboration in consistently delivering high-quality services.
• Supports the implementation, adoption, utilization, and constant improvement of the Delivery Ops Operating Model processes and tools in the FL Units, also collaborates in gathering customer inputs and insights for continuous improvement.
