We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-loving Operations Executive to join forces with our awesome Delivery Ops team. You’ll work closely with our existing Operations Execs and report into our Senior Delivery Operations Manager – all while playing a key role in keeping our consulting engine humming.

You’ll help streamline processes, keep our PSA systems in shape, manage important project and people data, and support reporting that helps our leadership make big decisions.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing data entered in systems such as project delivery timelines, resource assignments, and budgets
  • Monitoring timesheet submission compliance and ensuring accuracy of time logged by consultants.
  • Monitoring consulting employee’s workload, utilisation, and overtime.
  • Assisting in capacity planning by monitoring forecasts and proactively identifying gaps in capacity.
  • Assisting the process of creating resource requests and assigning people to projects based on their skills, experience, availability, and career goals..
  • Assisting Delivery Managers in planning project kick offs, generating invoices, and project close-outs.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Delivery Managers, Sales Leadership, and Finance to continually improve, document, and train employees on standard operating procedures throughout the lifecycle of an opportunity from qualification through to delivery.
  • Preparing reporting of key metrics within delivery for executive and board-level meetings.
  • Setup and coordinating meetings with key internal stakeholders across Delivery, Sales and Finance
