Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Delivery and Operations Lead in our business the number one focus is to work collaboratively to create more value for our customers through an unrelenting drive to deliver value to the customers in support of our Business objectives, acting as an immediate escalation point to unblock issues and impediments. This role will assure, execute and maintain technical services within a specific functional domain (e.g. Supply Chain etc). Managing significant budgets, you will maintain a strategic view of technical services, projects and outcomes whilst working and managing dependencies within and across domains. You will also focus on developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, demonstrating effective influencing skills. You will have the opportunity to develop and stretch personally and professionally to achieve your potential.
Contract type : This role is permanent contract
Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you’ll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
Location : This role will have a home location London or Bracknell which will be agreed with the line manager. This role will require Partners to work in London or Bracknell and other locations on a regular basis dependent on the business needs.
Salary: the expected salary for this role is upto £75,000

  • Assure operability delivery of your area.
  • Ensures all teams / services have clear OKRs
  • Inspires and motivates teams focused on creation of value to the Partnership. You are able to work closely with other Delivery & Operations Leads to deliver initiative outcomes for the Business.
  • Empower and support teams to make decisions and resolve challenges in line with the strategy.
  • Invest in your personal and professional development, as well as supporting those in your team to develop theirs
  • Line Manages Partners in-line with JL&P principles with clear OKRs and robust performance management
  • As a co-owner, actively share the responsibilities of ownership and support Partners and colleagues to have a voice in our business.
