This role is responsible for reviewing pre-bid solution documentation to assess delivery feasibility and assign a delivery risk rating, along with identifying associated risks and issues. The objective is to effectively manage delivery risk, safeguard profitability goals, and provide business decision-makers with accurate, actionable insights to enable informed decisions. (DOSO primarily focuses on internal processes, governance, and documentation, whereas this role’s responsibilities begin from the Pre‑Bid stage and continue through deal closure and handover to Managed Services delivery for Delivery Opinion and Assurance support. The candidate must have strong Managed Services experience, including In‑Country, Onsite, or On‑Premise support, to effectively evaluate delivery feasibility during the bid cycle). What you will do: Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Engages from the Pre‑Bid stage of each opportunity or deal Collaborates closely with Pursuit teams, Solution Architects, and customers to ensure alignment throughout the bid lifecycle Key Responsibilities Solution & Delivery Feasibility Assurance Assess if the solution is realistic, scalable, and implementable within: Cost assumptions Workforce availability Transition timelines Technology readiness Validate that delivery organizations can support commitments post‑contract Confirm that delivery dependencies are documented (client vs vendor) financial & Commercial Validation Validate: Pricing structure Cost models Margin expectations Financial risks Revenue recognition alignment Ensure commercial constructs (e.g., T&M, FPP, outcome‑based) are aligned to delivery capability Assess service credit exposure vs. cost to serve Contract & Compliance Assurance Review key contractual sections for delivery impact: SLAs & penalties Termination clauses Change management Liability terms Data privacy/security requirements Ensure contract language matches: The solution Transition plan Operating model Resource assumptions Transition Readiness & Operationalization Assurance Validate transition plan duration, approach, staffing & cost. Executive Reporting & Deal Recommendation Prepare and present deal assurance report to leadership during SOAR /Deal approval process. Expertise in risk assessment, financial modelling, and deal assurance frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and influence decisions effectively. Preferred Experience 12+ years in IT Managed services in Onsite/InCountry Deals, delivery management, or deal assurance roles. Strong customer‑facing experience including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and leading client discussions Experience in large-scale onsite/On-prem Managed Services execution. Familiarity with industry standards (ITIL, PMP, P2P, ISO frameworks). Certification – PMP Certified , ITIL Certification (preferred in Service Operations) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of InCountry (Onsite/Onprem) delivery risk ratings vs. actual delivery outcomes. Compliance with guardrails and approval matrix. Timeliness of pre-bid reviews and opinion issuance. Margin realization vs. bid plan post-deal execution.
