We currently have an opportunity for a People & Culture Delivery Partner. Join our People & Culture team and play a key role in driving business-aligned people programs, fostering a culture of safety and compliance, and empowering leaders with the tools and training needed to enhance employee engagement, development, and well-being. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Please notes this is a 12 month contract.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project & annual cycles
• Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters

• Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cyclesContribute to the scoping, planning and delivery of business improvement projects and people engagement initiatives
