Description Our drivers pick up orders and deliver finished orthodontic appliances in the company provided vehicle. It is the driver’s job to drive safely, deliver goods on-time and effectively communicate with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Excellent attention to detail. Valid drivers’ license with a good driving record. Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule. Ability to walk and carry orders or finished appliances to and from customer’s offices. Ability to remain calm while driving in traffic and under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to drive in all weather conditions. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Good attendance Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading/unloading. Effectively communicate with office and customers. Meet delivery deadlines. Ability to apply work instructions and follow procedures Safeguard and protect confidentiality of company and patient information as defined by the company’s Confidentiality Agreement. Follow all safety requirements and use personal protective equipment where required. Understand how one’s performance can impact the success of the organization.
