YOUR OPPORTUNITY

  • Optimise delivery routes: Plan efficient delivery schedules to minimize costs and waiting times.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Customer Interface, Execution, Rail Depots, Transport, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction: Liaise with customers to negotiate delivery windows and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Implement strategic initiatives: Identify opportunities for multi-combination deliveries and establish ‘set and forget’ delivery cycles.
  • Monitor and report: Keep track of telemetry data and alert relevant parties during high-volume days.
