The Delivery Planner monitors and provides support to the dispatching activities in the depots/ terminals under its area/s of assignment. What will YOU do? Ensure that product orders are systematically recorded, loaded, dispatched and transported without delay due to availability of trucks, logistical support and related resources Plan, analyze, and prioritize orders relevant to the profile, demand, and urgency of customer requirements Coordinate with Dispatchers to ensure that orders will be released based on the given calendar and SLA Establish the comprehensive lineup of customers whenever there is product allocation to ensure that all customers are served based on their specific requirement Coordinate with the Dispatchers and monitor the transport of products until it is physically delivered to the given site or location Ensure that pertinent details of the order are complete and communicated properly to the Account Officer for billing purposes Coordinate the re-allocation of orders in cases that stations are already in full capacity and cannot receive additional products Coordinate the reassignment, deployment, and dispatch of trucks in case of breakdown, accident, or similar instance during delivery Communicate the requirements of terminals where SEAOIL has swapping arrangements What will YOU need? At least 1 year of relevant employment experience

Responsibilities
