The Delivery Practice Manager responsible for the successful delivery of our digital projects and can expect to work closely with and use the latest industry standards and techniques to ensure we produce robust, secure and innovative solutions for our business applications.

As the Delivery Practice Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 your role will focus on leading and managing a highly effective team in, developing, testing and deploying enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure and other advanced components of Microsoft (and other) technologies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in customisation, configuration, extension and functional design of Dynamics CE Customer Service and Sales. Experience with Marketing/Customer Insights is desirable.
  • Strong experience in D365 professional services delivery and hands-on, documented experience of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience producing functional and technical artefacts to communicate an understanding of the client’s current state and their target business and ICT architectures.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field
  • Dynamics CRM certifications
  • Delivery Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management) are well regarded

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee professional services delivery through design, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics CRM/CE as required by the Practice’s portfolio of projects.
  • Collaborates in the pre-sales process with internal stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architects, Account Executives, Functional & Technical Consultants) by providing technical guidance and translating business requirements to align the scope of work to the delivery outcomes desired by the client.
  • Manage complex escalations, analyse situations, and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery best practices, considering cost implications, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with the growth of the practice by supporting presales, commercial activities, pipeline management and expansion.
  • Build and nurture, robust relationships with internal team members and customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist in administering the health and hygiene of the practice by supporting: Recruitment, Resourcing, Succession planning
  • Staff career management, training, and development plans
  • Contribute to the creation and harvesting of Intellectual Property and project deliverables.
  • Manage and be accountable for the Practice’s portfolio of projects.
  • Support functional resources in workshops and proof of concepts/pilot implementations.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals and customer presentations.
  • Foster a culture that works towards gender equality and fosters diversity and inclusion.
