KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• Strong communication skills
• A confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
• A minimum of A-levels or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Building and maintaining a network of industry-relevant candidates.
• Creating and posting job adverts on LinkedIn and company websites.
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles in our core markets: technology or renewable energy.
• Reviewing CVs and coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining and updating internal CRM databases.
