We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our high-performing Heroes Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day rider operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency. This position demands strong organizational abilities, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

noon mission: Every door, every day

  • Manage day-to-day rider operations and serve as the first point of contact for rider-related queries including COD reconciliation, transfers, and attendance.
  • Coordinate closely with hub teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of rider deployments and shift allocations.
  • Review and verify rider rosters in consultation with the respective hub teams to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
  • Monitor rider attendance and ensure timely reporting and escalation of discrepancies.
  • Support inter-hub rider transfers and ensure all documentation and updates are accurately maintained.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date operational records in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, payroll, transport, etc.) to support rider needs and address operational dependencies.
  • Proactively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives for enhancing rider engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
