JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Rider to join our team. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for delivering goods, parcels, or food orders to customers promptly and safely, while providing excellent service and maintaining the company’s brand reputation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid motorcycle/scooter license.
• Proven experience as a delivery rider or similar role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules.
• Ability to handle cash and basic record-keeping.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift small to medium packages.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers within the assigned area in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure items are handled with care to avoid damage during transit.
• Follow the assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery times, addresses, and payments if applicable.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep the delivery vehicle (motorbike/scooter) clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to confirm deliveries or resolve delivery issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
