Role Maintain and communicate overall roll-out timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Keep task lists and risk registers updated and visible to all involved parties. Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies. Assist in defining and keeping KPIs relevant and updated Support teams in resolving blockers by connecting them with the right resources and stakeholders. Prepare and organize status updates and risk reviews for leadership and stakeholders. Monitor roll-out progress and escalate issues when timelines or deliverables are at risk. Organize and facilitate retrospectives to capture learnings and improvements for future roll-outs. Drive continuous improvement in roll-out practices and tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Your Profile (Must-have requirements) • Structured and proactive with strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep everyone aligned. • Strong understanding of operational processes and change management principles. • Strong communication skills—able to convey complex information clearly and effectively. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigations.
