We are currently seeking a Delivery Senior Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). * Manage / Drive Major Incident Management Bridge Calls - Ensure participation of team, support technical troubleshooting, engage second level / NTT DATA support as required Act as technical point of contact and escalation point for the Customer for enterprise compute delivery teams. Must have hands on experience on at least two technologies out of Cloud or Virtual platforms, Windows / Linux, or Network, Backup / Storage, DB or Middleware. Must be willing to work in 24/7 shift timings preferably during US hours. Review (internal and with customer) delivery and SLA metrics with the enterprise compute delivery team and address through Service Improvement Plans - skills, performance, attrition Track and close action items - internal and customer identified Prepare and drive operation review meetings with customer Responsible for account compliance and operations - onboarding and offboarding, security training, Drive continuous service improvement initiatives with tangible business outcomes SLA achievement Participate in customer calls & meetings and Delivery team meetings Support the standardization of the tool's sets Identify opportunities for savings and optimization Basic Requirements - Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, or relevant technical degrees 5+ years of experience as Delivery Manager Good knowledge of Cloud or Virtual platforms Good communication skills - Written and Verbal About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
