Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Services Business Manager to establish and lead a new delivery services business line.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the UAE last-mile delivery and logistics industry, with existing network across major delivery platforms and logistics providers such as Keeta, Careem, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Amazon, and Aramex.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of the company's delivery services business.
• Bring existing industry relationships to establish strategic partnerships and secure business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, and vendor partnerships.
• Build the team and processes
• Oversee daily operations, service performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UAE experience in delivery services, courier operations, last-mile logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proven experience launching, scaling, or managing a delivery services business.
• Strong network within the UAE delivery and logistics industry.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to independently build and grow a new business line.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
