The Delivery Specialist is tasked with assisting sales consultants with the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers and ensuring each customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork. Provide activation and support of Audi Connect and/or satellite radio and delivery requirements of the manufacturer. Maintain a system of following up with guests utilizing their preferred method of communication to encourage repeat and referral business. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
