What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact) You’ll own the vehicle delivery experience from start to finish. Deliver new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles with confidence and care Walk guests through vehicle features, technology, and Lexus systems Ensure paperwork, plates, and accessories are accurate and ready Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service for smooth handoffs Create a relaxed, unrushed, premium delivery experience Support strong CSI results through consistency and follow-through No pressure. No chaos. Just clean execution. What We’re Looking For You don’t need automotive experience. You do need the right approach. Hospitality or customer-facing experience (retail, hotel, concierge, tech support, etc.) Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and professional Comfort with technology and digital tools High attention to detail Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement.
