THE ROLE The Delivery Specialist owns the single most important moment in the guest journey — the handoff. After months of research, weeks of negotiation, and days of anticipation, the guest is finally taking delivery of their Land Rover. What happens in the next hour shapes how they feel about Swickard for years. You make that moment exceptional: seamless, personal, and worthy of the vehicle they just purchased. No automotive experience required. The right mindset — hospitality-first, detail-obsessed, genuinely warm — is what we’re hiring for. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Execute a premium, white-glove vehicle handoff experience for every guest — no exceptions • Walk guests through vehicle features, technology, apps, and personalized setup before they leave the lot • Coordinate with Sales and F&I to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries — targeting 98%+ on-time rate • Complete 100% of delivery checklists before every handoff • Follow up with guests post-delivery to reinforce the experience and address any questions • Drive 95%+ CSI and NPS scores through consistently exceptional execution • Maintain a clean, organized, luxury-level delivery environment at all times WHAT YOU BRING Required • A hospitality-first mindset — backgrounds in hotel, restaurant, luxury retail, or guest services translate directly • Exceptional communication skills — you can teach, guide, and connect with people at ease • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems and vehicle features quickly • Relentless attention to detail — you don’t skip steps • Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred • Prior experience in automotive delivery, sales, or guest relations • Familiarity with Land Rover or other luxury vehicle technology and features COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • $25–$30 per hour + performance bonus opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid time off and holidays • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts • Pet insurance • Mental health program and benefits • Clear career path into Sales, F&I, or dealership leadership The keys are the easy part.
