Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Holidays and weekends as needed. Duties: * To transport mail delivered to Central Warehouse to the Main Office. * Pull products and supplies requisitioned from the various departments either through transfer paperwork or quantity adjustment paperwork on a daily basis. * Deliver said products and supplies to the various departments in Reynolds Lake Oconee * Move products and supplies to/from inventory in Jonas to the appropriate departments accurately to ensure inventory control. * Sign for all deliveries and note any discrepancies or damage on delivery receipts * Other miscellaneous transportation as needed * Refills propane cylinders safely according to Manufacturer’s guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle. * Assist in any other duties as applies to Central Warehouse products and supplies. Qualifications: * Prefer one year experience in warehouse setting * Valid Drivers’ License with clean MVR. * Must be able to lift 75 pounds. * Must be able to stand for long periods * Must be able to possess a valid forklift license * Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

The Delivery Steward is responsible for transporting mail and supplies between the Central Warehouse and various departments. They also manage inventory control, handle propane cylinder refills, and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
