JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring two Delivery Support Officers to join our Ofsted Academy team.
Join the Ofsted Academy, the central hub for training and excellence for both employed and contracted inspectors, as well as Ofsted staff. This role is part of the Inspector Attraction and Recruitment team, which is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding inspectors through to their sign-off. The team is currently delivering a major pilot project over the coming months, and these roles will play a key part in supporting its successful implementation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

We’ll assess you against these technical skills during the selection process:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, working effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to provide accurate advice and guidance.
  • Understanding and successful application of how to prioritise, plan and deliver on key work activities without close supervision, demonstrating the ability to work on a series of unrelated problems simultaneously.
  • Understanding and successful application of strong IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
